The first trailer of "Bad Boys for Life" is here, and fans of the iconic duo Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are ecstatic.
Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are back into action with their newest movie "Bad Boys for Life." The new movie marks the third installation of the "Bad Boys" franchise, both movies coming out almost two decades ago.
The "Bad Boys" Movies
In the movie, Will's character Mike Lowrey teams up with Martin's Marcus Burnett in several investigations. This time around, they decide to go on one last investigation, which will most definitely be as exciting as the past two movies.
The third movie comes 14 years after the second, "Bad Boys II." It is set to be released on January 17, 2020, and stars the likes of Alexander Ludwig, Vanessa Hudgens, Charles Melton, DJ Khaled, and Nicky Jam.
An Exciting Reunion
Back in February, fans got excited seeing Will and Martin reunited for the filming of their latest movie. Will's sister, Ellen Smith, shared photos of their reunion on Instagram, showing parts of their movie set in Atlanta, Georgia.
It seems Will's family was in full support during the movie taping, as they all posted photos with one another, not even hiding that they were on the set of "Bad Boys for Life."
Announcing the Return
Smith and Lawrence happily announced that "Bad Boys" was about to get a third installment back in November 2018, sharing a video of both of them announcing the happy news while on the beach.
Since then, they've shared bits and pieces of them on set of the movie, without revealing any important details. Now that their release date is creeping closer, they've shared the first trailer for the movie, and it looks as exciting as one can expect.
Fans are in for one hell of a ride now that the "Bad Boys" are back for one last thrilling adventure.
