John Travolta Paid Tribute to His 'Wonderful Wife' Kelly Preston with a Pic on Their 28th Wedding Anniversary

The Hollywood actor, John Travolta, celebrated his 28th marriage anniversary with Kelly Preston. The couple's love for each other remains the same after all these years.

On their 28th anniversary, Travolta and Preston exchanged sweet tributes from their social media.

Travolta, 65, shared a picture of him hugging Preston while they were at dinner. "Happy anniversary to my wonderful wife @therealkellypreston," he wrote.

Actress Kelly Preston also shared a heartwarming post from her Instagram. The post featured a close up of the actress and her husband in a loving embrace smiling at the camera.

"To my dearest Johnny, the most wonderful man I know. You have given me hope when I have felt lost, loved me patiently and unconditionally… made me laugh harder than any other human being possible... shared the most beautiful highs and at times lows," the actress wrote.

Travolta responded to his wife's sweet tribute in a comment and didn't shy away from showering her with compliments. Previously, the star appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" with his daughter, Ella Bleu, and had fun talking about his balding head.

The love story of the stars began in a complicated manner. Apparently, Kelly fell for Travolta when she was still married to the wrong person.

The now-married stars met on the set of "The Experts," a 1987 film. The stars had a love at first sight experience but it was not going to be easy. When asked if she had love at first sight experience, the star said, "Kinda."

Preston appeared on "Watch What Happens Live!" and mentioned that she was waiting in the lobby of the set when Travolta walked in looking amazing.

Preston also mentioned that she wasn't happily married to actor Kevin Gage, and ended up getting a divorce after two short years of eloping. Preston also talked about the best and worst thing about being married to Travolta.

BEING MARRIED TO TRAVOLTA HAS SO MANY GREAT THINGS

The actress gushed when asked about the best and worst things being married to Travolta.

“There’s too many best things,” she said. “His lips, dancing, fun, laughing. [We dance] all the time, all the time. The kids dance with us, we go out dancing. We love it.”

The couple has been married since 1991 and had three children. Eldest son Jett, who tragically passed away in 2009 from illness complications, daughter Ella, 18, and son Benjamin, 8. The actress had a starstruck expression while talking about her marriage and children.
