Attending New York Fashion Week, Miley Cyrus was among several celebrities who turned up for the Tom Ford Spring/Summer 2020 fashion show.

Dressed in designer clothing from head to toe, her post included an emoji referring to Tom Ford as the "Greatest Of All Time," she captions her post:

"TOM FORD ?"

Wearing a fur hat, Miley chose an all-black Tom Ford ensemble. Her look included a valet coat, a button down shirt and stain pants. Many of her followers on Instagram showered with heart and fire emojis.

However, one comment from Kaitlynn Carter stood out, the reality star sent a drooling emoji, writing:

"Dear god ?"

The reply to her comment had a lot of heads turning, with fans questioning the status of their relationship.

There has been a lot of speculation about their relationship status, including the rumor that Kaitlynn and Miley engaged in an affair that ultimately led to Miley’s divorce.

Despite the affair rumors, a source reveals to ET Tonight:

"No one thinks Miley and Kaitlynn are in a real relationship, they believe it's more fun on vacation."

Kaitlynn’s comment has received over 2000 likes. Showing their support, many of Miley’s followers have also showered her reply with heart emojis.

Adding to the rumors, PEOPLE reports, another source claims that Miley and Kaitlynn are a couple and are currently living together. It is revealed:

"They live together and are very happy. Miley is doing great. She is moving on. She seems to have no regrets. She loves being with Kaitlynn."

Miley and Kaitlynn were first spotted together kissing poolside in Italy. Shortly after pictures of the two surfaced, Miley’s husband of 8 months, Liam Hemsworth announced their split and filed for divorce.

Kaitlynn’s ex-husband, Brody Jenner, who remains amicable with her posted a message in her defense. Both couples have not spoken openly about why their marriage ended, nor have Miley and Kaitlynn confirmed their relationship status.
