KUWTK: Khloé Kardashian Calls 911 after Kim's Security Team Tackles Mom Kris Jenner to the Ground

In another dramatic episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," momager Kris Jenner was tackled by Kim's security team, which landed her in the hospital.

An episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is never complete without a little drama. However, it seems things have gone too far.

As seen in a preview clip of Sunday's episode of the reality series, Kim received an alarming call from her sister Khloe to tell her the devastating news that their mom, Kris Jenner was tackled by her security team. Khloe can be heard saying:

"Oh my God, Kim, you've got to come. Your whole security just [expletive] tackled Mom. We just called 911. This is so crazy."

She continued:

"Come over here. The ambulance is on their way here now."

Distraught by the news, the KKW Beauty founder who was in the car with longtime pal Jonathan Cheben said that she was rushing home in an instant but wanted to know how that happened.

The "Revenge Body" star recounted:

"We were in the backyard and Mom came down — which she shouldn't have, I told her to go around. And they just tackled her."

Khloe then tells Kim she would call her back, while the mom-of-four said she had to check the home surveillance.

Momager Kris was heard in the background writhing in pains as she yelled, "my neck!"

As revealed by E! News, Kim, and husband Kanye installed a new security team in their home in Hidden Hills, and it seems they didn't recognize Kris.

According to PEOPLE, Kim's robbery attack in Paris prompted her to up her security details.

Kris' health crisis is the latest drama to happen in season 17 of "KUWTK" as sister Kourtney and Kim got into a massive fight in last Sunday's episode.

According to reports, the altercation began when Kim accused Kourtney of stealing her style, after which they got into a heated exchange of words.
