'Real' Co-Host Adrienne Bailon Flaunts Slimmer Curves in Yellow Dress after Noticeable Weight Loss
Adrienne Bailon flaunts her slim waist in a yellow mini-dress after revealing she's been trying to lose weight in the past couple of months.
Adrienne Bailon shared a photo of herself in a yellow mini-dress while outside The Beverly Hills hotel, and she looked straight out of a Hollywood movie. In the photo, Bailon showed off her slimmer figure, which she explained on the newest episode of "The Real" was the result of her hard work to become healthier.

Going Vegan
The 35-year-old joined her co-hosts on the Season 6 premiere of "The Real" on the second week of September, and it was obvious that she lost a lot of weight. According to the former Cheetah Gir, she stuck to a vegan diet that she picked up in the spring, and she's felt great ever since.
“I know I said last season that I went vegan, I stuck with it all summer. Staying with a plant-based diet, it has made a world of a difference. A lot of you guys know I suffer from Hashimoto’s, which is an autoimmune disease, so it has been really helpful for that. I just feel great and I’m happy to be back.”

A Change in Lifestyle
Since going on a Vegan diet, the TV host's refrigerator has been filled with healthy snacks like almond milk, celery juice, rose water, arugula salad, vegan ice cream, and a lot more. Her decision to change her diet came after "The Real" viewers would often ask if she was pregnant, when in fact, she was suffering from Hashimoto's, which is an autoimmune disease that causes weight fluctuations.
“I’m not pregnant! I have Hashimoto’s! It’s hypothyroidism. Yes, I have a fat neck! There is a reason!"
Hopes of Expanding Their Family
While Bailon-Houghton has made an effort to stay slim in the past couple of months, it isn't a secret that she and her husband Israel Houghton have been trying to conceive a child. In fact, they've made it clear that during summer, they will keep trying to have a child until they conceive.
At 35, Adrienne has struggled with getting pregnant despite her desire to start a family with her husband. According to the aspiring mother, pregnancy is so different in real life than how it was taught back when she was younger.
The Difficulty of Getting Pregnant
“I thought of pregnancy very differently than it was in real life. You’re told your whole life, ‘You have sex one time, and you’re going to get pregnant!’ As a teenager, that’s something you have in your mind,” she shared.
Now that she and Isaac have realized how difficult it is to conceive, Adrienne hopes to get pregnant at any given time, without any planned schedules. As she would put it, she's "ready to experience that miracle."
