Meghan Markle Recycles Blue Dress She Wore Last Year in Tonga for Royal Tour of Africa
Meghan Markle recycled her fashion with a flirty sky blue dress she wore during her first royal tour to Tonga, in 2018.
Royals recycle their outfits, and for the second part of the "Sussex Royal Tour," in South Africa, Meghan wore a dress she had on during her first royal tour to Tonga, on October 2018.

Photos from the Duke and Duchess's joint Instagram account showed the former in a flirty sky blue dress by Veronica Beard and her comfy go-to wedge from Castaner.
Markle wore her hair down, as she walked beside her husband greeting a crowd of their fans, sat down for a meal of local cuisine, and stood in the District Six Museum.
The Duke and Duchess had an amazing first day in South Africa
In the caption accompanying the photos, Sussex Royal noted that the couple visited the museum and the Homecoming Center. The visit to the former gave the two,
"A first-hand look and understanding of how much of this diverse community [got] destroyed with people subjected to forced relocation during the apartheid era."
The caption also added that,
"The Duke and Duchess had an amazing first day in South Africa, and are incredibly grateful for the wonderful welcome they have received."
Markle and Prince Harry are on tour with their son Archie; this is the first they are undertaking as a family and the second since the two got married. Interestingly, the Royals announced they were expecting their child before beginning the tour that took them to Tonga.
Markle is not the first nor will she be the last royal to recycle an outfit
At the time, the parents-of-one also visited Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, and the former actress had an impressive wardrobe that went over $68, 000. It included a black Brandon Maxwell gown that sold back then for $1, 895, among other pricey outfits.
Markle is not the first, nor will she be the last royal to recycle an outfit. Her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton is famous for doing that with her gowns. In March, the Duchess of Cambridge dressed in a black Alexander McQueen outfit to the Portrait Gala, which she wore at the 2017 BAFTA Awards in London.
The mom-of-three equally wore to the 2019 Commonwealth Day service a Catherine Walker coat-dress she wore during the Australian and New Zealand tour with Prince William in 2014.
After the lousy press Markle got for flying a private jet twice, in recent times, it's nice that she's getting positive news for repeating an outfit.
