Jesse Johnson, 36, is showing that his family genes are strong — at least on his dad's side. As Don's firstborn son, the actor is almost a mirror image of his 69-year-old dad from his younger days.

A picture Jesse shared on Monday was proof of the father-son duo's uncanny resemblance. It was taken alongside Jesse's sister Grace. The post is found below.

In the shot, Jesse and Jasper both have close-lipped smiles as they look into the camera for a close-up selfie. The two beauties shared bushy eyebrows, thin noses, and wore blonde hair.

"Silent disco goddess," Jesse captioned the picture. Both he and his sister's good looks are undeniable, but only Jesse shares that charming boyish look with his dad.

He's also following in his father's footsteps and has appeared in many television series over the years including "NCIS," "Grey's Anatomy," and "From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series."

In 2012, Jesse starred in "Con el Culo al Aire," a Spanish series, as Bobby. He's also been in small-screen films like "Killing Lincoln," "A Mann's World," and "Word of Honor."

His skill set also extends to music. Years ago, Jesse posted a few songs on YouTube showing off his vocal talents while playing the guitar. He's since taken his tracks to SoundCloud and Spotify.

Father Don was also a singer and songwriter, creating hits like "Heartbeat" and "Tell It Like It Is." On tv, he's best known for his role on "Miami Vice." These days he stars in HBO's "Watchmen."

The Missouri native also appeared in movies including 1993's "Born Yesterday," 1995's "In Pursuit of Honor," and 1996's "Tin Cup." In 1996, he also began his years-long role on the police drama, "Nash Bridges."

Don's successful Hollywood career stands in stark comparison to his love life. He was married five times. His final marriage to Kelley Phleger produced youngest son Deacon and daughters Grace and Jasper Breckinridge.

Don is also father to actress Dakota Johnson from his marriage to Melanie Griffith. Jesse came along from his marriage to Patti D'Arbanville in 1981.
