The Blast: Future's Legal Drama Continues as He Reportedly Accuses Alleged Baby Mama of Fraud

As seen in court documents, Future is acknowledging the case against him by a Florida woman, Eliza Seraphin, The Blast reports.

Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, known by his stage name, 'Future,' filed a motion to dismiss, which alleges Seraphin “fraud upon the court.” The famous rapper declines being a father to her child.

Early in the year, Seraphin sued Future for paternity and also inquired about child support and custody. Seraphin is popularly called Eliza Reign, the Haitian Goddess on social media, along with more than 300,000 followers.

It didn't take long for Future to react to the accusations, as he instantly sought the gag order shortly after Seraphin filed. The singer didn't want her to be able to speak openly about him or the case so that she won't tarnish his image.

Earlier this month, the Seraphim took to her social media to say:

"I kept quiet for months. I kept quiet. Nobody heard a [Expletive] thing. Like, I'm human. He's human. She's human."

However, Future openly denied being the father on social media. He uploaded a video of himself denying having a 7th child. His clarifying caption read:

“I have 5 wives BTW. Love them all to death.”

By five wives, he meant his give baby mamas. Future has a sum of six children, including one son with a singer, Ciara. A court hearing has been set for November 8, where the duo will settle in court, as confirmed by The Blast.

Amidst the current drama, Future is having the time of his life with a proven baby mama, Joie Chavis.

The duo, who are parents Hendrix, went on a luxury cruise to Turks & Caicos with the rapper. However, they are reportedly still "single."

While on vacation, Future uploaded pictures with Chavis, which he captioned:

“Ima always have your back. a real one.”

Future went ahead to disclose his relationship status while discussing a viral story. He claimed that he is not dating anyone and is free to be in any girl's DM.
