Jennifer Lopez' status as a fashion icon has been largely predicated on her love for high-end designer labels. Taking advantage of her brand power, "Coach" made the announcement of her new role as the Global Brand Ambassador the captions reveals:

In her first promotional picture Lopez is wearing a leather trench coat, with a spotted silk scarf draped over her shoulder.

With her hair blowing in the wind, Lopez is shown standing on a balcony with her eyes shut, as she holds onto the chain links of a purse, which has been cut out of the picture, probably for the illusion of suspense.

The announcement of her latest collaboration comes just days after Lopez and her fiancée, Alex Rodriguez announced the release of their second QUAY sunglasses collection. The brand announces:

"#QUAYXJLO DROP TWO IS HERE ✨? Celebrate the most extra time of the year with #QUAYXJLO + #QUAYXAROD ?."

At 50-years-old, Lopez is the "Coach" Global Brand successor after other stars almost half her age, such as 27-year-old, Selena Gomez and 22-year-old Chloe Grace have been given the role, making it a significant accomplishment.

Adding to an already impressive week, she made the cover for "GQ Men Of The Year," alongside Al Pacino, Robert De Niro and Tyler, The Creator.
