Kate Hudson Wishes Mom Goldie Hawn Happy Birthday with Sweet Photo of the Actress Holding Baby Granddaughter Rani Rose

Hollywood actress Kate Hudson marked her mom's birthday with a gorgeous Instagram post featuring herself and her baby daughter.

The 40-year-old actress paid a tribute to her mother, Goldie Hawn, by stating that she was one of the two "important ladies" in her life, the other one being her baby daughter, Rani Rose.

Hudson's Instagram photo sees her holding Rani in her lap in some outdoor location. She captioned her post, "The two most important ladies in my life and it happens to be one of their birthdays. Happy Birthday beautiful Mama."

Hudson's fans simply adored the cute tribute from the "Almost Famous" star and they were quick to drop in their own birthday wishes in the comments section.

Meanwhile, her Instagram post also received comments from many other celebrities including actress Courtney Cox, who wrote:

"Happy Birthday Goldie! One of the greatest spirits I know!"

But, perhaps, the most special comment on the post came from Hawn herself. She responded to her daughter's sweet tribute, "Oh! I love you, my baby girl!"

Hawn, who was born on November 21, 1945, in Washington, D.C. turned 74 on Thursday last week. As a daughter of a musician and actress, she is one of the most celebrated names in Hollywood even today.

Hudson was not the only person to pay Hawn a tribute on her special day. Her son, and Hudson's brother, Oliver, also took to Instagram to share a throwback photo and an adorable birthday message.

Sharing a photo of Hawson, back from her heydays, Oliver expressed his apology for "stretching" her stomach with his birth. "Happy birthday day to this girl who happens to now be my mother!" he further wished.

Meanwhile, Hudson herself is a proud mother to three beautiful children. Rani, whom she shares with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa, is the youngest of the three.

She is also a mother to 15-year-old Ryder Russell and 8-year-old Bingham Hawn, both of whom are her sons from previous relationships.

Previously, Hudson opened up about her co-parenting experiences, following her divorce, in an exclusive podcast on Podcast One.

“They will see with their own eyes whatever needs to be seen and they need to come to that on their own terms. It’s not our place to tell them how to feel about the other parents. I think that’s so important.”

The actress added that not involving her children in the conflicts related to the divorce was one of the values that she learned from her mother.
