RIHANNA AND BEYONCÉ ON FORBES LIST AGAIN

Singers Rihanna and Beyoncé are a rarity, in that they have been featured in not one, but two Forbes lists.

The two music icons are not just on the list of the Most Powerful Women, they are also 2 of the 6 black women among the 100 wealthiest self-made women in the world.

TAYLOR SWIFT - WOMAN OF THE DECADE

The Forbes nomination comes hot on the heels of another distinction for pop icon Taylor Swift: She was named Woman of the Decade by Billboard Magazine. But even though she is one of the highest-paid singers in the business she is worth "only" $360 million.

RIHANNA IS WEALTHIEST FEMALE MUSICIAN

Topping Taylor by a wide margin is Rihanna who has accumulated a breathtaking $600 million fortune in part due to her Fenty fashion line - the singer is also the first black woman to run a haute couture house.

Rihanna's Fenty Beauty brand which she co-owns with the prestigious LVMH earned an estimated $570 million in revenue in just 15 months of business.

Forbes calculates that the company is worth $3 billion of which 15% belongs to the singer.

BEYONCÉ AND RIHANNA'S RELATIONSHIP

Rihanna and Beyoncé have a lot in common. The two dynamite singers/ songwriters are both icons to millions and top the charts with monotonous regularity.

They are also both extraordinarily beautiful, and so rumors started that they were also rivaling for fame and awards.

While Beyoncé has simply ignored the speculation, Rihanna has firmly denied that she and the "Lemonade" singer are anything but amicable.
