Mark Wahlberg Shows off Incredible 6-Month Body Transformation and Fans Are Stunned
Mark Wahlberg has always been dedicated to building his body, so when he showed it off to his nearly 14million followers on Instagram, they were beyond pleased.
Although Mark Wahlberg is a 48-year-old man, the actor has managed to not only maintain his fit body, but he has also managed to keep women drooling over his posts.

The "Daddy's Home" star recently took to Instagram to remind his fans of his killer physique according to an Inquisitr report.
In the post, the actor appeared shirtless as he flexed both of his arms which showed off his well-defined arms for the camera.
Additionally, the star's chiseled abs, which was on full display in the photo, made it look like he had a little more than six-packs.
"In 2018, Mark followed a strict routine that included waking up at 2:30 a.m. and fitting in two workouts with a cryo chamber recovery."
Since it was uploaded a few hours ago, the image has accrued almost a million likes with fans and even celebrities dropping words of appreciation.
While one fan stated that Mark always "put on a show," another person couldn't get past exclaiming "wow." Countless other fans could only comment on the photo with their choice of emoji.
What made the post more inspiring for his nearly 14milllion Instagram followers, was that the actor achieved this look in six months.
The actor made this little fact know in the post's caption:
"Six months of Performance Inspired Nutrition, Aquahydrate, and F45 training!! Clean eating. Inspired to be better, team training/life changing."
Those who are avid observers of the "Instant Family" star have become accustomed to his crazy work ethic when it comes to fitness.
In fact, E! News divulged that in 2018, Mark followed a strict routine that included waking up at 2:30 a.m. and fitting in two workouts with a cryo chamber recovery.
All these activities, however, have done nothing to stop the actor from spending time with his family and going to bed at 7:30 p.m.
Mark has been known to multitask on some days when he has intentions to spend time with his family and work out.
Fox News recalled that when the "Planet of the Apes" star shared a video of him and his son, Brendan, working out. The clip which Mark shared showed Brendan doing a pull-up.
By the next day, the 11-year-old had moved up the ranks and was doing five pull-ups – although he still required help from his father.
