Christina Anstead Reveals Which Supplements She Takes to Help with Her Autoimmune Diseases in Video
Over the weekend, television personality and host Christina Anstead took to social media to reveal and advertise the supplements she takes to assist her with her autoimmune disease.
According to the “Flip or Flop” star, she uses NatureWise supplements to feel her “best.” While sharing a video on her Instagram account, Anstead, 36, also noted that the supplements also helped her since she had a “new baby.”
In her post, she explained how the pills were “clean, all- natural, gluten free, and non-GMO.” She also added how the supplements used ingredients that were “organically and sustainably sourced whenever possible!”

The star went on to share a discount code, which happened to be her name, for the first thousand customers. She also explained how they would get a free bottle as well.
Anstead enlisted the help of her husband Ant Anstead, 40, and their son Hudson London, 4-months-old. In the comments section of her post, the reality star also gave her fans more details on how she treated her autoimmune condition.

A fan of the “Christina on the Coast” star also asked her what autoimmune disease she had. She explained that she had Hashimoto thyroid disease and Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Anstead also revealed that she had an illness where her skin flared up when she ate “certain foods.” The star and her husband welcomed Hudson in September 2019.
Her former marriage to Tarek
Anstead was formerly married to “Flip or Flop” co-star Tarek El Moussa. The pair are parents to Brayden James, 4, and Taylor Reese, 9.
Ant, a British television host and the "Wheeler Dealers" presenter, also has two children from a previous relationship, Amelie Rose, 16, and Archie, 13.
The man she dated before her current marriage
Anstead almost never got to meet and marry her current husband. Before the reality star married Ant, she briefly dated Anaheim Ducks player Nate Thompson in April 2017.
Even after the pair broke up, she continued going to hockey matches because she’s a fan of the game.
