In a heart-warming Instagram post, Stowers expressed how much she loves Marchena while wishing him a happy birthday. She also promised that she will make him the happiest man in the world.

A HAPPY MOM

The reality star went on and shared that she cannot wait to experience life with her man and that he has made her the happiest woman.

"You have given me the best gift I can ask for... another you."

It wasn't until last September that Stowers revealed the news of her pregnancy to her fans. In an Instagram post, the reality star shared that she was excited to start a new chapter of her life with Marchena.

"At the end of the day this is all I live for."

BECOMING PARENTS

A couple of months later, Stowers shared a couple of snapshots of herself and Marchena while teasing the sex of their baby.

The second picture in the post which saw Marchena and Stowers covered in blue paint suggested that they were having a boy.

Back when Stowers was pregnant with her baby, she shared with "E! Online" that she has never felt so connected to someone as she feels with Marchena.

"I wrapped The Challenge airing on MTV in Thailand and came home to my man and we made up for lost time to say the least."

FAITH'S LIFE NOW

Fans first knew Stowers when she was cast in the fourth season of "Vanderpump Rules." Back then, she worked at Lisa Vanderpump's SUR although she wasn't one of the main cast members.

During her time in the show, she also had a feud with Jax Taylor. Following her exit, she went on to star in "Ex on the Beach" and she recently joined "The Challenge: War of the Worlds 2." However, she quit during the second episode.
