Ciara's Husband Russell Wilson FaceTimed Her from Car during Ultrasound Amid COVID-19 Restrictions

Ciara's husband Russell Wilson was forced to FaceTime her from the car during her recent ultrasound appointment at the hospital due to social distancing measures put in place in the US.

Ciara and Russell Wilson couldn't be together at the hospital due to the restrictions surrounding COVID-19, but that didn't stop them from using a video chat to keep in touch while she was having her checkup.

The "Level Up" singer shares that having to contact loved ones through FaceTime is the norm for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it's "very interesting" and unusual time for everyone.

Realizing that not a lot is heard from pregnant women around the world during these uncertain times, she encouraged her followers to join her for an Instagram Live session with her doctor where they could discuss their experiences.

"We don't hear [too] much about US during this time. Inviting all my pregnant women to chat with me and my doctor today on IG LIVE 2pm PST #WomensWednesday"

AN EXCITING GENDER REVEAL

While in quarantine at home, Ciara and Russell pulled off an Instagram gender reveal for their second child together. At first, she asked her two children what their preferences were, and Future Jr. said he would like to have a baby brother.

Their gender reveal came three months after Ciara revealed her pregnancy on social media.

Little Sienna was quiet about her preference before Ciara said they're happy with "whatever God has for us," proving she'd be happy whatever their baby's gender turned out to be.

Then, in the video, they popped confetti and blue powder, revealing that they will be having a baby boy. The family jumped for joy and celebrated the new addition to their growing family.

Their gender reveal came three months after Ciara revealed her pregnancy on social media, and it's been quite an adventure for them. She and Russell welcomed their first child, Sienna, back in 2017 while Ciara also has a 5-year-old son Future Zahir from a previous relationship.
