Carson Daly Shares Photos of 3-Week-Old Daughter Goldie

The "TODAY" co-host Carson Daly is getting his game on and spending time with his family while in quarantine amid the novel coronavirus pandemic, and he loves it - despite wishing it happened for another reason.

On April 16, Carson Daly gave fans an update on "isolation life" while in quarantine at home. Summing it up with a picture, Carson had his 3-week-old daughter, Goldie sleeping soundly on his lap while playing a game of Fortnite.

Carson, his wife Siri, and their three other children are hunkered up together at home, and even though he loves being able to spend so much quality time with them, he wished the circumstances were different.

During an episode of the "TODAY" show last week, Carson said that he works "to be home," but now that he is, it comes at a price since so many people lost their lives due to the pandemic and added:

"It's almost hard to appreciate all this time with your family when you're mindful of what's happening to other people in the world."

Although the circumstances are less than ideal, Carson is also enjoying the extra time with his 11-year-old son Jack, who recently helped him out with some graphics for PopStart on Monday.

Proud of his son's handiwork, Carson showed off Jack's homemade graphics for the segment, which he held up for everyone to see pointing out the there is CGI (computer-generated imagery), and now KGI (kid-generated imagery).

After Jack helped his dad out with the custom graphics, Carson decided to give him a haircut since going to a proper barber is not an option with the ongoing quarantine - and the host did a crackerjack job.

During a video check-in earlier this week, Carson gushed about his hair-trimming skills and Jack's new look, as he said:

“He’s got some lines. I gave him a little fade. He’s high and tight! Look at him, (he’s like) a young Harry Styles!”

But Jack is not the only one who got a haircut. Carson Daly also felt the need to snip away at his "very bushy, very Michael Landon" hair.

Bravely, Carson cut his own hair while live on the "TODAY" show with the telephonic help of celebrity stylist Chris Appleton and the assistance of his children.
