Reality star Gloria Govan showed off her trim figure in a new picture she shared with her social media followers on Instagram.

The ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic is doing nothing to slow down Gloria Govan, who recently showed off her body to her social media fans.

The former “Basketball Wives” star took to her Instagram page to post a picture of her striking a pose on a yoga mat. For the snap, the 35-year-old rocked a yellow sports top and black print leggings that showed off her trim figure from the back.

The reality TV star and her NBA coach beau were forced to postpone their wedding plans due to the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The picture, which was shared a couple of days ago, was captioned, “Grounding down in these uncertain times and giving a little extra TLC to myself.” Gloria’s post came soon after she and her man, Derek Fisher, spoke exclusively to HollywoodLife about their quarantine routine.

According to the couple, they have taken to binge-watch a few shows on Netflix and Hulu, during this period.

They also added that to stay fit, their blended family indulged in a game of basketball or walks, which usually last at least an hour. Gloria, who co-owns a chain of family-owned restaurants, Gorditos, with Derek, stated that:

“We take daily walks with the dog about 3 miles a day, in addition I go for runs on my own and use the Fitonomy App.”

It would be recalled that the reality TV star and her NBA coach beau were forced to postpone their wedding plans due to the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The pair, who had been together for five years, got engaged in 2018 after three years of dating, according to BET. Gloria told People that their decision was made based on the guidelines that were given by the CDC.

The mother-of-two pointed out that she and Derek felt it was best to postpone the ceremony as they didn’t want to put anybody at risk. The 35-year-old also made it known that their guests, family, and friends were understanding of the situation.

Until their dream of walking down the aisle becomes true, Derek and Gloria are focused on ensuring that their children are doing well amid the pandemic.
