Aoki Lee Simmons' Dad Russell Adores His 1st Adopted Pet Cat Andre Harrell

Kimora Lee Simmons' daughter, Aoki Lee Simmons, took to Instagram to share a picture of her father, Russell Simmons, in a tender moment with a cat he found in Bali.

Aoki Lee Simmons, the daughter of television personality, Kimora Lee Simmons, shared a sweet photo of her father, Russell Simmons, and his newly found ginger-colored cat named Andre Harrell. She captioned:

"This man has NEVER had a pet in his life. This is his new cat, Andre Harrell... "

Like the picture his daughter painted about his history with pets, Russell looked at peace with the cat as though he had been dealing with animals for a long time.

Andre Harrell looked a little bit bashful in the picture as it tucked its face away from the camera and lay peacefully on its newly-adopted owner's lap.

Russell's vibrant smile, directed at the camera, made Aoki's fans and followers gush in their comments about how sweet her father looked with his friend.

Kimora and her husband recently adopted a son named Gary.

Aoki has been in her home since she returned home, in March, from Harvard after the institution, like many others, halted all academic activities due to the pandemic.

Frustrated with the unexpected packing she had to do, the 17-year-old shared some photos on her Instagram story to keep things light-hearted by sharing her hectic situation. In one of the pictures in which she posed in front of a mirror, she wrote:

"Wow time to pack up my entire existence."

In March 2019, Aoki's entire family celebrated her great achievement of being accepted into the Ivy League school.

Kimora, her mom, could not keep calm as she took to Instagram to gush about her baby girl's acceptance into Harvard at such a young age.

Russell also praised both his daughter and ex-wife for the new chapter in their lives. The then-college-bound 16-year-old had made her parents proud beyond their imaginations.

Despite the excitement surrounding her impending college journey, Aoki was not a stranger to excellence. The 17-year-old had her debut on the runway when she was just 18 months.

She also starred in her mom's reality TV show "Kimora Lee: Life In The Fab Lane." Kimora has done a fantastic job of building a tightly-knit family. All of her kids share special relationships, and Aoki loves to post about her siblings.

Kimora and her husband recently adopted a son named Gary. Aoki, her sister, Ming, and her brothers Wolfe who turned five early in April, and Kenzo, have all welcomed him with open arms and lots of love.
