Diana Ross' daughter Tracee posts a throwback picture of herself in a leopard-print dress that she feels is still relevant now that she's in quarantine as she relates to it a whole lot.

Tracee Ellis-Ross posed on top of her kitchen counter while sipping on a drink a while back, but she revealed that amid quarantine, she still seems to be doing the exact same thing. She shared the picture on Instagram, letting her fans know that although it's a throwback, it's still happening.

"These pics are from a while ago, yet I find myself in the exact same place doing the exact same thing."

TIME IN QUARANTINE

It's been a time of reminiscing for Tracee, and her Instagram is constantly filled with pictures of both when she was not yet under quarantine and her day-to-day activities. While these mostly consist of working out, granting interviews, and the like, she also surprised her fans with something new recently.

Being the daughter of legendary singer Diana Ross, Tracee has made a clear distinction between her and her mother in the past couple of years. While she's had a knack for singing just like her mom, she decided to venture into acting and modeling instead.

For a new project of hers, however, she decided to give it a go and released a debut single called "Love Myself," which is not just an ode to her life, but is actually a part of her upcoming movie "The High Note."

Ellis-Ross revealed that when she first let her mom hear the song, she was brought to tears.

While fans were delighted to hear about this new song, there was nobody happier when it was released but Diana Ross herself. Although she's wanted her daughter to release her own music for years now, Tracee put it off because she didn't want to be compared to her mother.

While speaking to Oprah Winfrey on her 2020 Vision Tour, Ellis-Ross revealed that when she first let her mom hear the song, she was brought to tears. It's been a long time coming for them, and hearing it, in reality, made one of Diana's wishes come true.
