Snoop Dogg's Fans React after He Shared a Photo of Himself Kissing Wife of 23 Years Shante Broadus

Legendary rapper Snoop Dogg takes to Instagram with a heartwarming throwback photo of himself with his wife, and his fans cannot help but fawn over the sweet picture.

Snoop Dogg is a musical favorite to many. While his style might have changed, with his look and his sound, only a few things have remained constant in his career, which has spanned over many decades. Among these are his wife and his family.

The rapper took to Instagram recently to dedicate a post to his wife, Shante Taylor Broadus. He posted a sweet photo from way back, of himself with Shante.

In the picture, Shante was dressed in a gorgeous glittering dress-wearing striking yet simple makeup. Standing by her side was a happy Snoop Dogg who pressed a warm kiss to her cheek.

The sweet picture sent Snoop Dogg's millions of fans into a delighted frenzy, many of whom took to the comment section to gush about how adorable the rapper and his wife were. A comment read:

"After all the things you put her through...she a real one that deserves all the love."

Other comments chose to celebrate the beauty of the black love they share, asking Snoop never to let her go, and also referring to the beautiful Shante as a diamond.

More comments praised their long-standing love referring to it as "eternal love" while paying respect to the special bond that the pair shared. The thousands of other comments shared similar adoring words for the husband and wife.

Despite the uproar caused by Powell's allegations, Shante kept mute on social media, only responding with a cryptic meme on her Instagram and not much else.

It might come as a surprise to Snoop's fans to find out that the rapper who seems to have a fast-paced life has actually had a mundane yet extraordinary love story. Snoop and his wife, Shante, were High School sweethearts who got married in 1997.

They share three kids, Cordé, Cordell, and Cori, all of whom are all grown up. The husband and wife prioritized their family and did their best to give their children the best upbringing. In an interview with Queen Latifah, in 2014, the rapper said:

"The struggle that I went through, that my mother went through, I didn't want them to have that. I wanted them to understand that it's okay to struggle, but I want to help you..."

Not only were Shante and Snoop able to provide their kids with comfort, but they also provided them with a happy, united household, although things were not always rosy.

In 2004, their marriage hit an obstacle when Snoop got caught up in the fast life, which almost cost them their marriage. Fortunately, four years after the separation scare, they found their way to each other's arms and renewed their vows.

The music icon admitted that he had gotten carried away by the wiles of the music industry until he went back home and realized that he would never want to leave his sweetheart.

In 2019 bad news reared its head towards the family with the cheating scandal of Snoop Dogg and YouTube personality, Celine Powell.

Powell claimed that she and the rapper were involved intimately. Despite the uproar caused by Powell's allegations, Shante kept mute on social media, only responding with a cryptic meme on her Instagram and not much else.

Shante's marriage to Snoop Dogg has had many ups and downs, but much to the chagrin of those who may wish to come in between their love, they have remained strong and as in love with each other as they were 23 years ago. Shante remains Snoop Dogg's only Queen.
