Nene Leakes Expresses Excitement for Upcoming Vacation and Says She Misses Jamaica and Its People

Nene Leakes from the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' shared throwback photos from one of her favorite trips to Jamaica as she revealed her desire to take a vacation.

Nene Leakes is no stranger to drama after being one of the only remaining original cast members of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

Recently, Nene had found herself in the hot seat when rumors started circulating that she was not returning for the show's 13th season.

It is alleged that Nene was not given a new contract to sign, while the rest of the cast had already received theirs from Bravo.

In true Nene fashion, she gave a witty comeback on social media to the reports. She posted an old photo from one of the show's reunions that pictured her appearing to laugh off the drama.

Nene has been posting several cryptic messages while remaining tight-lipped about her contract with Bravo. In a recent post, she shared a photo of one of her favorite vacations. In her caption, she admitted:

In the photo, Nene lounged close to the shore. She looked glamorous in a low-cut floral dress with designer sunglasses on and her hair in a ponytail.

While showing off one of the highlights of being in Jamaica, the reality appeared to be snacking on prawn skewers at a beachside restaurant.

Many of Nene's Jamaican fans joined her remising about how much they missed the beautiful Island. "We miss you too gorgeous," said one of her Jamaican fans. Another person added, "I miss my Jamaican peeps too."

One fan shared their frustration about not being able to travel and commented, "who you telling. Had to cancel Jamaica 2020 cause of this pandemic." Another person sent Nene their greetings from Jamaica.
