Reginae Carter Shows off Strong Resemblance to Mom Toya Johnson & Dad Lil Wayne in a Makeup-Free Selfie

Lil Wayne and Antonia "Toya" Johnson's daughter Reginae Carter glowed in a series of makeup-free selfies where she looked like a perfect mix of her mom and dad.

Lil Wayne and Antonia "Toya" Johnson's daughter Reginae Carter is serving some looks! The 21-year-old beauty flaunted a black dress in make-up free selfies and she could not look any stunning.

Carter tied her hair up in a bun and did not have any accessories on, save for her tiny nose stud. In the caption, she acknowledged how she looked like a little bit of both her parents.

JUST LIKE HER PARENTS

Carter's parents Wayne and Johnson split up in 2006 after 2 years of marriage. They had their daughter when they were merely teenagers.

Johnson and her daughter are pretty tight. During the lockdown, Carter would FaceTime her mom every day for long periods of time. She also shared that she would call up her family so they could help her cook.

Unlike some famous couples whose relationships fell apart during the pandemic, Johnson and her man have bonded more.

The mother-daughter duo does everything they can to stay in touch. They even worked on their next business venture via Zoom during the lockdown.

REGINAE'S RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM

Johnson is currently engaged to her fiancé, Robert "Red" Rushing. Their baby daughter Reign is 2 years old now. Unlike some famous couples whose relationships fell apart during the pandemic, Johnson shared with "BET" that she and her man have bonded more,

"I appreciate the time with family while we cook, play games, watch movies and so much more."

Johnson loves her daughter to the moon and back but Wayne did not always have a great relationship with her. When Carter broke up with her boyfriend YFN Lucci a few months ago, she shared that her relationship with him had improved and also shared the post-breakup advice he gave her,

"My father told me that sometimes when people don't know love themselves, they can't love other people, and you can't blame them for that."

Her break up brought her closer to her father. He told her that Lucci probably loved her but his actions and behavior said otherwise. He said that sometimes people do not know how to love.

Carter also shared that she wanted to take time to get to know and love herself better before getting into a relationship with someone after the breakup.
