Gigi Hadid cannot wait to welcome her bundle of joy, and she made that fact known when she showed off her growing baby bump in a recent video.

According to ET Online, the expectant mother shared how pregnancy has been treating her while showing off her bare baby bump in a video that she dropped on her Instagram page. As she showed off the bump, the 25-year-old model told her fans that:

“Everyone's like, 'Oh, you didn't look pregnant in your jumpsuit on your last Live.' That's because this way [front on], I'm going to look normally how I look in this.”

Hadid’s disclosure comes after a source informed ET Online that she and her man, Zayn Malik, are “excited to welcome their daughter very soon.”

Gigi has become an inspiration to many expecting moms after she spent the last few months perfecting the art of hiding her bump by rocking oversized clothes.

It would be recalled that the outlet broke the news on the couple’s pregnancy after another individual stated that Gigi was 20 weeks gone. After noting that the pair was in quarantine with the supermodel’s family, the insider said:

“Gigi has kept the secret close to her family and friends for a while, as she’s only a few months along.”

The insider added that once Gigi and Zayn reunited at the end of 2019, it didn’t seem like they were ever apart. Zayn and Gigi, who became an item back in November 2015, first broke up in March 2018.

Although they soon came back together, they split up again in January 2019. They reportedly rekindled the flames just before the Christmas holidays of the same year.

As regards her pregnancy, People noted that the 2016 International Model of the Year shared some details on how she has effectively hidden her baby bump for months.

The moment came when a follower asked her how possible it was that she did not “have a tummy?” In response, the first-time mom-to-be explained:

“This angle and the really baggy jumpsuit make for an optical illusion.”
