Michael Strahan's Twin Daughters Sophia and Isabella Enjoy the Summer Heat in Printed Swimsuits

Two of his children appeared to have stepped out recently. Yesterday, Isabella, one of Michael's daughters, shared a vacation photo on Instagram. The picture showed Isabella and her twin sister, Sophie, at the beach.

The sisters looked carefree and relaxed as they soaked up in the sun. Isabella stunned in a two-piece swimsuit that featured a white skirt and a multicolored bralette. Her makeup-free look was a notable fixture, as well as a large birthmark on her right arm.

As for Sophie, she decided to take things more relaxed with a black-and-white two-piece swimsuit of her own. She paired her outfit with a set of slippers, and like her sister, she went makeup-free too.

It's unclear where they had gone for the vacation. However, given that no one is in sight, they appear to be social distancing too. Captioning the photo, Isabella wrote:

"Sister sister."

The sisters are perhaps Strahan's most famous and outgoing children. The football star had them with his ex-wife, Jean Muggli.

However, they are also only half of Strahan's kids. He also has Tatiana and Michael Jr., both of whom he fathered with ex-wife Wanda Hutchins.

Strahan said that the best way to deal with twins is just to enjoy the ride.

While Strahan has made a name for himself, thanks to his skills on the pitch and behind the camera, his fatherhood adventures have also been exciting.

In 2017, he even got a Father of the Year Award from People Magazine in recognition of his devotion to his family. On his parenting journey, he said at the time:

"I love being a father. It's absolutely the most joy you're going to have in your life. It's also the most stress you're going to have."

The former football star also spoke on the topic of more celebrities having twins. At the time, legendary actor George Clooney and his wife, Amal, had just birthed twins. Music power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce also had a set on the way.

Offering his advice, Strahan said that the best way to deal with twins is just to enjoy the ride. As he explained, things could get complicated at first. However, twins tend to gravitate towards each other over time.

Strahan added that twins tend to do everything together and become best friends. At that point, it gets easier for parents.
