Shemar Moore Teases His Followers by Posting a Rigorous Workout Session on His Instagram (Video)

"S.W.A.T" actor Shemar Moore shows off his intense work-out routine and teases his female fans ahead of the police TV series' fourth season production.

With a series of videos revealing his rigorous exercise routine, Shemar Moore has left his Instagram followers swooning over him. One of the videos, with over 2000 comments shows the actor working hard to get his shoulders and arms toned.

In response to the somewhat racy caption that comes alongside the video, some of his fans share emboldening risqué comments while others keep their admiration modest with a few hearts and flames emojis.

The 50-year-old recently acquired a brand-new modern mansion in Sherman Oaks. His new home is nearly 2½-times the size of his former house as it boasts of seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

In a follow-up clip, Moore works on his biceps and chests while rocking a black "S.W.A.T" customized tank top with matching bottoms and a camouflage face cap and nose mask.

Earlier in the week, Country Living reported the former "Criminal Minds" actor shared a shirtless photo of himself on Instagram wearing only a pair of red swim trunks and showing off his toned abs.

The outlet notes that fans were not reluctant to express their thoughts on the snap as one user wrote "This is the BEST thing to see when I first wake up," while others fawned over his body.

In 2018, some of these fans were able to grace the actor's page and receive a compliment from him during the #BGOTD (baby girl of the day) campaign, as reported by Inquistr.

The former "Soul Train" host encouraged his female followers to purchase his “Baby Girl” merchandise, which includes sweatshirts, shorts, yoga pants, and nightgowns. Then afterward, share a photo of themselves in the outfit, which would then be reposted on Shemar’s page.

Part of the proceeds from the sales is usually donated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society which the actor has been advocating and raising money for the society since 1999 after his mother was diagnosed with the disease.

Men's Health, however, opines that it is Moore's frequent upload of thirst traps that has earned him his 3.5 million followers.
