Snoop Dogg's Dad Vernell Varnado celebrates his granddaughter, Cori Broadus, on his Instagram page.
The veteran recently took to his Instagram to share a photo of himself, his son, music star Snoop Dogg and his grandchild, Cori spending time together.

His fans show their admiration for the smiling family in the comment section and note a striking resemblance between the young musician and her grandfather. Some were, however, quick to notice and endorse the pack of beers under the grandpa's arms.
At 17, [Cori Broadus] released her first music video, which was a tribute to her father's cousin, singer Brandy. The tune shares the same title with Brandy’s 1995 hit song, “Sittin in My Room.”
In another photo, Vernell sings his granddaughter's praises. The snap features them in a dressing room together with his arms around her shoulders. He eulogized her in the caption when he wrote, "Me and up coming star singer songwriter granddaughter choc."
In the comments, she responds fondly to the acknowledgment saying, "I love you gpa." The young musician also enjoys immense support from her music legend father.
Hot New Hip-hop reports that in 2019, Snoop celebrated her on social media when the "Love Me For Me" singer performed on stage for the first time. The milestone was recorded at Tha Juice Joint in Los Angeles. She was also set to perform at the 4th annual RnB Rewind Festival a few days later.
Some of her other songs at the time include her debut single, "Same," and a collaboration with Kamaiyah titled "New Phone, Who Dis?" In 2018, the 21-year-old made headlines when she uploaded to Instagram, a photo of herself sporting a bald look.
According to BET, her post came days after Tamar Braxton ditched her weaves and showed off her big chop. Cori, however, also rocked her new hairstyle and looked exceptionally beautiful and confident. The caption accompanying the photo said, “Don’t be afraid to try new things. My growth is reallllll.”
