Demi Moore shocked her fans when she ditched her signature dark hair for a blonde look that she used for her appearance in a new series, “Brave New World.”

Demi Moore looked nearly unrecognizable when she recently updated fans on the status of her new series, “Brave New World.” According to Fox News, the shocking moment came when the 57-year-old actress shared a picture that showed her with a shoulder-length blonde hairdo.

Rocking a nightdress with a lacy bodice and the new hairdo, Demi encouraged her fans to go watch her “Brave New World” character, Linda, on NBCUniversal's streaming platform, Peacock.

Even though it wasn’t clear whether she dyed her hair or wore a wig for the role, her daughter, Tallulah Willis, made sure she praised her mother’s new look in the comment section.

Amid the compliments she was getting from several other people, Daily Mail explained that the new show is a modification of the similarly-named 1932 novel by the philosopher and writer, Aldous Huxley. Besides Demi, “Brave New World” would feature Jessica Brown Findlay, Harry Lloyd, Alden Ehrenreich, and Hannah John-Kamen.

The show’s debut comes a week after Today reported that Demi posted two images that showed her working in what appeared to be a bathroom. In the pictures, the mother-of-three seemed to be on a Zoom call as she sat on a couch and exclaimed through the caption:

“Excited to finally share what I’ve been working on! First episode of #DirtyDiana drops Monday, July 13.”

While some people praised Demi for her new venture, others were distracted by the carpet in the bathroom. The carpet got so much attention that the “A Few Good Men” star had to open up about it when she appeared on “Late Night With Seth Meyers.”

E! Online revealed that the 57-year-old actress explained that the carpeting was her ex-husband, Bruce Willis’ choice. While noting that she and her family reside “in the mountains, where it gets very cold,” Demi stated that she was unbothered by what her bathroom looked like.

The 57-year-old certainly wasn’t concerned when her ex-husband’s current wife, Emma Heming Willis, marked her 42nd birthday in June.

In fact, ET Online pointed out that Demi joined Emma’s birthday festivities that took place in Idaho, where the Moore-Willis clan has been socially distancing amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
