Season 3 of the western series 'Yellowstone" is packed with a lot of drama for the Dutton family and members of the ranch.

Wade Morrow and his son Clint, played by Brent Walker, came across John Dutton when he was at the diner trying to get a rare steak. John Dutton's encounter with Wade is not a nice one as the two men seem hostile and have long-standing tension between them.
It is revealed that John Dutton gave Wade Morrow a place to stay and a job in the past, but Wade had done the unthinkable by stealing something from John that he was not meant to take.

John insisted that he was not comfortable with Wade being in town and wanted to know why he was coming back after he left town a long time ago.
Wade replied that he had no business causing trouble and was only in town to take care of some cattle and make money from the cattle when people posed for pictures with them.
While his intentions may seem pure, it is evident that Wade would be a formidable and contentious character for John Dutton and the town.
Speaking of Wade Morrow's character, Kevin Costner stated that Morrow could have chosen to stay out of "Yellowstone" and lead a life somewhere else, but his return meant he had something up his sleeves. He added that:
"They [Wade and Clint) take old feuds and use them for their own purpose."
Also, Luke Grimes, who plays Kayce Dutton, added that Wade and Clint were up to no good and would have to be dealt with at some point.
Judging from the midseason trailer, Wade and Clint Morrow promised to be a part of this season, and their presence will be a great source of discomfort for the Duttons as they are being threatened by the presence of both father and son.
While his intentions may seem pure, it is evident that Wade would be a formidable and contentious character for John Dutton and the town. Already, fans of the show speculate on how the relationship between Wade and John ended and what the feud might be about.
Through it all, the new episodes of "Yellowstone" promises to be exciting and knee grappling and one can only wonder what drama is set to unfold.
