Kelly Ripa Admires Her Daughter Lola Consuelos' Chic Sense of Style and Confidence

In a recent interview, Kelly Ripa praised her daughter Lola Consuelos for her "chicest sense of style" and confidence.

Kelly Ripa covers PEOPLE's inaugural Family Issue with Consuelos, 19, and the rest of the Ripa-Consuelos family — Ripa's husband, Mark Consuelos, 49, and sons Michael, 23, and Joaquin, 17.

During the video interview for the issue, the 49-year-old talk show host could not help but praise her daughter for her effortless style.

Consuelos, on the other hand, admitted that she used to steal her mother's crop top because she wanted to wear something that flaunted her figure. Ripa responded:

"If I had your figure, I'd be showing it off too. I'd be sitting here naked. I'd be sitting here, no clothes on, in the woods."

Back in April, Ripa admitted in an episode of "Live with Kelly and Ryan" that she was wearing her daughter's dress.

She shared about it when Ryan Seacrest revealed to her that he was "running out of things to wear for the show."

In that episode, Ripa revealed that while in quarantine, she has also depended on her daughter's beauty skills.

When she and Mark saw the charges, they made sure to teach Consuelos a lesson.

Meanwhile, a few weeks after she celebrated her nineteenth birthday, Consuelos blessed social media with some summer outfit motivation.

Consuelos shared photos of herself wearing a long-sleeve white babydoll dress. She posed on a Victorian-style backless settee in what appears to be her living room.

In February, Ripa clarified during an episode of "Live with Kelly & Ryan" that she and her husband Mark did not know Consuelos had Postmates.

Ripa said they signed her up for a meal program. However, Consuelos did not like the meals at school, so she would order Postmates.

When she and Mark saw the charges, they made sure to teach Consuelos a lesson by shutting down her debit card account.

Ripa and Mark first met in February 1994. The actor was auditioning for a part on the soap "All My Children" when he fell in love with Ripa.

The couple eloped to Las Vegas in May 1996. Recently, to celebrate the 26th anniversary of the day they first met, Mark surprised his wife with a bouquet of roses.
