In 2019, DK Metcalf made his debut for the Seattle Seahawks and enjoyed a sensational rookie season. Away from his football achievements, Metcalf is all about his family and regularly dotes on them.

DK Metcalf was born on December 14, 1997, in Oxford, Mississippi to parents Terrence and Tonya Metcalf. Like his son, Terrence also played college football for Ole Miss before enjoying seven years in the NFL.

The NFL rising star was raised alongside his four siblings by both parents. Metcalf has a deep attachment to his family and chose to play for Ole Miss to be close to them.

The player has a profound respect for his father, and this was highlighted during the recent Father's Day celebrations. The 22-year-old wide receiver took to his Instagram page to post a heartfelt tribute to his dad.

While sharing a montage of pictures featuring his dad, Metcalf revealed how significant an influence the former NFL guard has been on his life and career. He

However, things took a different turn when he was spotted with IG model Cirena Wilson.

Tonya and Terrence could not hold back their excitement when he got selected in the second round of the 2019 NFL draft. In a special message to their son, the couple revealed how proud they are of his achievements.
