FROM A BIG CLAN

Beauvais is one of the many children of Marie-Clair and Axel Jean who grew up in America after her parents divorced. While being raised single-handedly, the former model learned to be strong and independent like her mom.

The infant often appears on his proud grandma’s social media accounts and gets immense support from her.

Her strength came in handy during her relationships which involved two divorces. In 1991, Beauvais married producer Daniel Saunders with whom she shares a son, Oliver. After their divorce in 2000, she married Mike Nilon and had twin boys, Jax and Jaid.

CO-PARENTING HER KIDS

Although her marriages did not end well as she thought, the “NYPD Blue” star still gives her children the best by co-parenting with her previous partners. The actress did not want her twins to experience having an absent father like she did and made it a point to have Nilon around.

“I’m not gonna lie. It breaks my heart when I hear them say to their friends, ‘I’m at mommy’s house this week.’” Beauvais shared. “Even when they’re not with me, they are constantly on my mind.”

Luckily, both her previous partners also prioritize their children; hence, it is not a problem when one parent has to fill in for the other during the kids’ activities and special events.

A BEAUTIFUL GRANDMOTHER

Beauvais is also a grandmother to an adorable baby boy, Oliver Junior, who is only months old. The infant often appears on his proud grandma’s social media accounts and gets immense support from her.

In one of her Instagram posts, the actress explained that baby Oliver Junior is among the reasons she is pushing for the Black Lives Matters movement to progress in America.

Beauvais is an actress who openly talks about her personal matters. Last year, she joined Bravo TV’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” as the first Black regular cast member on the show.
