Almost two years after Nic Kerdiles first popped the question, Savannah Chrisley announced that their romantic relationship had come to an end. Since everyone’s been “wondering,” Savannah decided to clarify the situation.

The pair became engaged on Christmas Eve in 2018, but the former lovebirds kept the news quiet until April last year. While wedding plans soon followed, the gravity of the situation and how they felt about themselves and their place in the world had them take a step back from it all.

NOW ITS OVER

In October last year, Savannah noted that marriage is a “real-life thing” that goes far beyond nice pictures and an image on social media. Their initial wedding date would have been unworkable due to social distancing regulations amid the pandemic, and the pair then took some “steps back” in their relationship to recalibrate.

However, the step back led to another step out of the relationship. Even though it’s a mutual decision, it’s still a difficult one since Savannah called these last three years with Nic some of the “best years” of her life.

THEY ARE ON GOOD TERMS

Even though it is emotionally challenging to deal with now, the reality star is convinced that it would lead to something beautiful in the future. She had put her trust in God, who she said has a “greater purpose” for her life ahead.

“Nic and I have decided to call it quits. There’s no hatred between the two of us...and in all honesty...that makes saying goodbye even harder. We have nothing but love, respect, and admiration for one another but it’s time for us to move forward individually,” Savannah added.

HER HEALTH ALSO HAD CHANGES

The relationship news comes almost a month after Savannah shared that she underwent surgery to have a cyst removed. But it also led to the removal of scar tissue caused by endometriosis, a condition Savannah was first diagnosed with at the age of eighteen.

Savannah shared an update with her fans after surgery and said that she wanted to open up about the journey in the hopes that it would help others who have endometriosis as well. A condition often dismissed and very painful.

The 23-year-old reality star has also been catching up on quality time with her niece Chloe, and Savannah Chrisley shared the fun time they had out on the lake with a sweet post to social media.

Making the most of the warm weather, Savannah shared that she loved spending time with her younger niece, but she has just as much appreciation for the ability to give her back to the “parentals.”
