Fans Praise Former DWTS Host Tom Bergeron for His Comments about New Host Tyra Banks
"Dancing With the Stars" fans had nothing but praise for the show's former host Tom Bergeron following the comments he made about new host Tyra Banks.
It is no longer news that Tyra Banks replaced Tom Bergeron as the host of the 29th season of "Dancing With the Stars." It was one of many changes for the show's new season amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bergeron recently posted a picture and video on his Instagram page, showing how he spent his day in Los Angeles's "Rage Ground" Anger room.

The video accompanying the post showed Bergeron taking out his anger on a wall, as he threw a bottle, smashing it into pieces as it hit the wall.
The video was edited in slow motion, showing the moment the bottle left Bergeron's grip and the time it hit the wall before shattering into multiple pieces. The television personality captioned the post:
"When the gym is closed...and the hiking trails are closed...and Mitch McConnell becomes the Guinness Book Poster Boy for hypocrites... it's time to smash!! ?."
Many fans commented on Bergeron's post, but one "DWTS" fan felt it wise to ask him about his feelings towards new host Tyra Banks.
The fan asked Bergeron if he could throw bottles at a Tyra Banks poster. Responding to the fans' question, the 65-year-old Bergeron replied in the negative.
Banks said she had serious shoes to fill in replacing the former show co-host.
Bergeron further explained that he had nothing against Banks, adding that he teased the mirror lip poster, but was only having a laugh at the marketing, and not something personal.
The television show host's reply to the fan's question elicited positive reactions from some other fans, who also commented on it. One fan said Bergeron was a class act, adding that they miss him on DWTS.

Earlier in the month, Bergeron seemed to poke fun at Bank's' new DWTS poster, showing that he was still keeping up with the show despite his removal as host.
Bergeron took to his Twitter account to joke about the poster, which showed her looking gorgeous with her lips covered in silver bedazzled lipstick, which looked like a mirrorball.

Accompanying Bergeron's funny tweet was a close-up picture of him holding on to a mirrorball as he did his best to recapture Banks' poster look.
Besides that, Bergeron has also changed his Twitter bio to read, "Former Co-host of Footwork With the Famous." However, his reply to the question the fan posed to him showed he has no ill-feelings towards Banks.
On the other hand, the new host has nothing but respect for Bergeron. In a chat with People, Banks said she had serious shoes to fill in replacing the former show co-host.
The 46-year-old said she sat down and thought long and hard about hosting the ABC show when she got the call because she knew of Bergeron's achievements and wondered if she could bring something new.
Banks revealed it was after speaking with her mom, who convinced her to accept the role that she took the job. The television personality is sure to bring her A-game.
