J-Lo's Daughter Emme Opens up about Being Inspired by Her Amazing Mom

In a recent interview, Jennifer Lopez's daughter, Emme, who is becoming a published author at only 12 years of age, spoke about looking up to her global superstar mother.

Entertainment Tonight recently spoke with Emme about her new book titled "Lord Help Me," a picture book about prayer's everyday power, and she revealed being inspired by her mother, Jennifer Lopez.

During the interview, Emme, who made an appearance during her mom's Super Bowl 54 halftime performance, described the "Waiting For Tonight" singer as an "amazing" and "powerful" person.

"It's insane. I don't even know how to explain it," Emme said. The 12-year-old added that there are many adjectives that can depict her mother in so many good ways.

Lopez shares Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, whom she married in 2004. The former couple is also doting parents to Emme's twin brother, Max.

During the interview, Emme called Anthony "a loving father." Speaking about her book, "Lord Help Me," Emme said she wrote it when she was only seven years old.

Emme also discussed her Super Bowl experience. "It was insane that it happened 'cause, you know, it's not very common for someone my age to be on that stage," she said.

During Lopez's halftime show with Shakira, Emme joined her mother onstage for a rendition of the singer's hit "Let's Get Loud," and Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the U.S.A."

In the caption, the multi-awarded artist called Emme her "sunshine" and her "whole heart."

Emme likewise joined her mother for the new Coach campaign recently, along with Max and her grandmother, Guadalupe Lopez. In a release from the brand, Lopez said that Coach had allowed her to reflect on three generations of love.

On September 25, Emme and her mom shared the sweetest messages to one another in celebration of National Daughter's Day. Lopez posted a clip on Instagram that shows her daughter calling her "the best mom" ever.

In the heartwarming clip, Emme told Lopez to watch the video whenever she is feeling unhappy or when she misses her. In the caption, the multi-award-winning artist called Emme her "sunshine" and her "whole heart."

Meanwhile, in an interview with TODAY, Emme revealed that she usually prays for her mother before the "Hustlers" actress goes out to entertain a crowd.

Currently, Lopez is engaged to former MLB star Alex Rodriguez, who also has two kids from a past marriage. The couple has indefinitely postponed their arranged summer wedding because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lopez has shared numerous photographs on social media of herself bonding with her two children and Rodriguez's two daughters, Ella and Natasha. They are an image of a well-blended family.
