See Blake Shelton's Romantic Tribute to Gwen Stefani on Her 51st Birthday
Life is peachy for Blake Shelton, who paid tribute to his "special lady" on her 51st birthday with a romantic message. Shelton and Gwen Stefani had just spent months together in quarantine and released their latest duet earlier this year as well.
Gwen Stefani turned 51 on Saturday, and her country crooner boyfriend Blake Shelton made sure to send her a special message to commemorate the day.
The "Don't Speak" singer received a slew of birthday messages, and she later thanked everyone for helping make the day special.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, STEFANI!
The couple has been together for almost five years, and they are still as smitten as ever. Celebrating his girlfriend's birthday, Shelton sent her the sweetest message. Alongside a snap of them together, Shelton wrote:
"It’s a special day for a special lady in my life. Happy birthday @gwenstefani, I’d write a song for you every single day if I could…"
LOVE IN A SONG
He might not be able to write Stefani a song every day, but they have teamed up for four duets together, the latest of which was released earlier this year.
Proud of their latest release "Happy Anywhere," the song reflects how Shelton feels about Stefani, and he gushed about her to PEOPLE at the time:
"She is the most understanding, kind-hearted person I've ever met and I learn something from her every day."
THEY LOVED QUARANTINING TOGETHER
Both Stefani and Shelton maintain very busy careers, and the time spent in quarantine gave them an unprecedented opportunity to have "solid" time together.
Since they huddled up together at Shelton's Tishomingo ranch, the couple even had enough time to make jam from all the ripe peaches; not that Shelton said he would do it again anytime soon.
But they also had a lot of fun, and Stefani enjoyed all the cooking and gardening they had time for, calling it "pretty magical" during an earlier update.
PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUET
Award season also got underway with the recent American Country Music Awards held virtually. With their performance for the event, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton showed how much the song means to them when they lovingly performed "Happy Anywhere."
The couple melted hearts with their performance for the ceremony, which also featured several other notable appearances by the likes of Taylor Swift, Luke Bryan, Pink, and Carrie Underwood, among others.
