DL Hughley Shares Throwback Photo as He Reveals His Daughter Ryan Is Pregnant with Her 1st Baby

DL Hughley recently announced on Instagram that his first daughter Ryan is pregnant with her first child, and it appears the ace comedian feels surreal about the exciting news.

DL Hughley is going to be a grandfather. His oldest daughter, Ryan Nicole is pregnant with her first child and the ace comedian can't believe how fast time went by.

Taking to Instagram, Hughley shared a throwback polaroid image of himself lying in bed with a tiny Ryan fast asleep next to him. The two appeared to be covered with a blanket.

Hughley accompanied the image with a caption where he noted that it felt surreal that his first child is about to have her first baby. The comedian added what he would like to be called by his grandkid. He wrote:

"It’s surreal when your first baby is about to have her first baby!! My name ain’t gonna papa my name is gonna be #Him #TeamDl."

The pregnancy news also comes amid a challenging year for Hughley who tested positive for the novel coronavirus back in June. The comedian was diagnosed after he collapsed while performing on stage.

Following Hughley's diagnosis, his co-hosts on radio tested positive for the novel coronavirus. His son Kyle also tested positive for the virus. They have, however, long since recovered and are back to leading their normal lives.

In addition to Kyle and Ryan, Hughley is also father to a daughter named Tyler. He shares his three kids with his wife, Ladonna, whom he married in 1986.

Outside of his family life, Hughley also has a great career and is most famous for his role in the stand-up comedy movie, "The Original Kings of Comedy."
