Scottie Pippen's Ex-wife Larsa Says She Struggled to Breathe after Testing Positive for COVID-19

Larsa Pippen is the latest celebrity to contract the dreaded novel coronavirus (COVID-19). She revealed her diagnosis in a photo shared on her Instagram story.

Larsa Pippen, whose ex-husband is the basketball legend Scottie Pippen, recently shared her COVID-19 diagnosis with fans in a post where she admitted that she has never felt such pain before.

The jewelry designer posted a photo of her long legs stretched across her bed. The photo was captioned, “I’ve been battling [COVID-19] for a week. It’s no joke. I’ve never felt pain like this!”

Larsa’s rep confirmed the news to Hollywood Life, adding that the model was suffering from body aches and struggling to breathe, and a doctor has been treating her at home.

The “Real Housewives of Miami” star did not provide any further details about her diagnosis, including whether any of her children had also tested positive for the virus.

Larsa had already been making news for a different reason - a fallout with her longtime pal, Kim Kardashian West. The whole Kardashian clan has already unfollowed her on Instagram after reportedly saying she is "toxic energy."

The reality star accused Kim’s husband, Kanye West, of brainwashing the family and subsequently causing the friendship to fall apart. Larsa said that West turned against her when she stopped taking his calls and blocked his number.

Larsa had also been the subject of rumors linking her to Tristan Thompson, Khloe Kardashian’s on and off boyfriend and baby daddy. She denied the rumors in a Hollywood Raw podcast, clarifying that she actually dated Thompson before Khloe but ended it shortly after.

The model also cleared the air on rumors that she tried to hook-up with Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend Travis Scott. Larsa aggressively denied that this ever happened.

This public feud with the Kardashians signifies the end of a long friendship between Larsa and Kim. The duo was first pictured together back in 2012. Larsa appeared on the reality show “Kim and Kourtney Take Miami” and then later in several episodes of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”

The friendship between the lookalike reality stars was documented as very close. Kim, 40, reportedly admitted to getting parenting advice from Larsa, 44, in the past.

Larsa has four children with her ex-husband, retired NBA player Scottie Pippen. The two were married for just over 20 years when she filed for divorce in 2018.

This was the second time that the couple had faced divorce. The first time the Pippens had filed for divorce was in 2016, but they called it off shortly after.
