Check Out Sherri Shepherd Sitting on a Table with Her Slim Legs on Display in a Coral Jumpsuit
Sherri Shepherd is looking great, and she is sharing her vibrant energy with her Instagram followers. The star recently shared a photo of herself sitting on a table and flaunting her slim legs.
Sherri Shepherd has been through a lot in her personal life and her relationships, but the star finally decided to put herself first, and the decision is paying off big time.
With a slimmer physique and renewed energy, the former "The Real" co-host is taking a chance and putting herself out there in a recent social media post.
Shepherd shared a photo of herself looking summertime fine in a cute coral jumpsuit and white top inside. The "Trial and Error" actress looked amazing with her hair tied up and a wavy fringe flowing down the sides of her face.
The "Dish Nation" co-host posed sitting on an outdoor table, with some green plants behind her. Stealing the show were her sunkissed slim legs. She rocked a pair of high strappy wedge shoes.
Shepherd's photo was heavily captioned with hashtags that showed how the actress is feeling. in addition to the self-motivating hashtags, she captioned the photo:
"Excited for the One God is going to bring because... who knows what & who I need better than the One who created me?. 'For I know the plans I have for you...' Jer 29:11."
Fans responded to the photo with compliments and encouraging emojis. One fan commented, "Wow, just wow, you look fabulous," and another added, "Beautiful! And yes, the glow is real!"
Shepherd's new look results from some serious work in the gym and, most importantly, in the kitchen. The "Mr. Iglesias" actress revealed that her weight started to melt off after quitting sugar in 2018. She started following a ketogenic diet that same year.
The actress, who was diagnosed with Type-2 diabetes, also started exercising regularly in an effort to improve her physique. By early 2019, she had lost 30 pounds.
Shepherd became a household name when she was cast as a co-host of the popular morning show "The Real," which was filmed in New York. This is where she met and married the man who would cause her so much heartache.
Feeling lonely and in need of companionship, she decided to go ahead with the marriage even though several of her friends warned her, including "Sister Act" actress and fellow co-host, Whoopi Goldberg, who refused to attend the wedding.
Even after two failed marriages, Shepherd told Total Beauty that her mantra is to "run towards the things she fears." The actress is still as bubbly as ever and looking on the bright side.
