Jinger Duggar & Jeremy Vuolo Announce Their Daughter's Birth & Name One Year after Miscarriage
Jinger Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo beautifully announced the birth and lovely name of their second daughter one year after they suffered a devastating miscarriage.
Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo are now proud parents of two as they recently welcomed their second daughter to the delight of fans. The lovebirds took to their individual social media pages to share the terrific news of their daughter’s birth.
They also announced her name alongside heartwarming photos of their newborn daughter. Jinger stole hearts with an image of her in the hospital bed, cradling her daughter as she planted a gentle kiss on her forehead.
The mother-daughter duo looked so at peace and in love as they bonded through skin-to-skin contact. In the accompanying caption, Jinger revealed her baby girl’s name, writing:
“Evangeline Jo Vuolo has arrived! We are so thankful to God for this precious little angel!”
Doting father Jeremy chose to take a humorous approach to announce the fantastic news. He uploaded a hilarious image of Evangeline swaddled in a blanket and looking skeptically at the camera while her little rested on the fabric.

In the caption, he welcomed his daughter into 2020 and poked fun at how skeptical she already feels about the year. Speaking to Today about their new bundle of joy, the parents revealed that Evangeline arrived safely and quickly on Sunday night at 7 lbs.
They explained the meaning behind her beautiful name, noting that Evangeline translates to “good news” while Jo was a tribute to her father’s middle name, Joseph.
Jeremy and Jinger aren’t the only ones thrilled about their new addition as they mentioned that big sister Felicity is more than happy about Evangeline. They said in a statement:
“As for Felicity, she is in love with her little sister but has no idea how much sharing is in her future. We are so grateful to God for this beautiful gift.”
