'Scarface' Star Michelle Pfeiffer Shares Intimate Throwback Photo of Herself Cradling Her Baby

Legendary American actress and producer Michelle Pfeiffer shared a touching intimate photo of herself cradling her baby in a recent wholesome post on her Instagram feed.

Michelle Pfeiffer sure is proving to be a proud mother. On Thursday, the actress and producer took to her Instagram feed to share a touching throwback photo of when she was a young mother.

In the shot, the now 62-year-old was seen reclining on a plush white sofa, dressed in a large white shirt with her newborn baby bundled in a white blanket while sleeping gently on her chest.

The mother's arms were delicately wrapped around the sleeping child in a protective pose. However, what stood out the most in the wholesome scene was Pfeiffer's facial expression.

The bare-faced actress looked like she was a hair away from a physical break down as she took on a completely exhausted look. Clearly, the photo was taken moments after delivery. Beneath the shot was the perfect caption:

"#TBT. Way back when. Blissful exhaustion."

It goes without notice that Pfeiffer has, over the months, kept a rather active online presence. The photo comes soon after she revealed the first trailer of her upcoming movie on her Instagram feed.

It is also not her first time sharing touching throwback photos from her time as a young mother. Early this year, as she self-isolated during the COVID-19 pandemic, she posted an old photo of herself sporting a baby bump.

After her children came, her priorities shifted, so there was a certain period where she just did not work .

In the snapshot, the star was clad in a colorful one-piece swimsuit and a sun hat as she posed under the sun. The photo was taken in 1994 when she was pregnant with her second child, son John Henry.

The shot was followed by a sweet message from the actress where she admitted that she missed her kids and wished they were with her. Actress Selma Blair also replied in the comment section, adding that she wished they were with her too.

Pfeiffer is happily married to Emmy-winning producer David E. Kelley, and they share two beautiful children, Claudia, 26, and John, 25. She once revealed that she took parenting seriously as it was not an easy feat because her kids' lives were in her hands.

The star added that she and Kelley did the best they could. She also buttressed that after her children came, her priorities shifted, so there was a certain period where she just did not work because she had to be hands-on.

It is safe to say that the actress and her husband are one of Hollywood's oldest and finest couples as they have been married for 27 years. They tied the knot in 1997 and have been waxing strong ever since.

To commemorate their anniversary in November this year, Pfeiffer sent out a sweet tribute to Kelley, sharing touching throwback photos from their times together over the years. With love so strong, it is evident that the pair are a match made in heaven.
