The 56-year-old no doubt has a full life with her two daughters and fiancé Joel Schiffman but doesn’t mind making it fuller with the addition of another child. Earlier this year, she spoke about the possibility of a third child.
During an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Kotb explained that she wasn’t totally sure about welcoming another child. However, she notices signs all around that point to that.
She recalled a profound moment when she was writing in her journal and asked herself if she and Schiffman could expand their brood. She noted that she wondered if they had enough love and time to give, and the answer was yes.
However, the renowned journalist was candid about her fears, saying that she sometimes worries about her and Schiffman’s age. Nevertheless, she believes another child might give her kids a hand to hold when they are not there.
The funny moment was shared on the “Today” show’s Twitter page and Roker expressed how shocked he was to see the kids' cake. The clip garnered a host of reactions about how sweet Hayley Joy and Hope Catherine truly are.
