Cookie Johnson, the wife of retired NBA player Earvin "Magic" Johnson, is geared up for the cold weather, and she has the style to look fashionable through the cold.

The beauty took to her Instagram account to share a snap of herself as she was about to head out in a chic outfit and winter accessories from Emarie.

The image featured Cookie posing next to dark double-doors with glass details. Her cute dog, Toby, was pictured looking up at her lovingly. She captioned the post:

"It may be cold outside but the @getemarie blanket and the all-new Beanie have me covered!"

Cookie rocked a green parka lined with white fur around the collar. Underneath, she wore a pair of jeans with leather boots and a green beanie.

AN EVERLASTING LOVE

Cookie and Magic have been married for 29 years. The couple celebrated their anniversary with heartfelt messages on Instagram, where they declared their unconditional love for each other.

Due to the pandemic, which put a damper on any extravagant plans, the couple couldn't celebrate as they normally would. Last year, they celebrated their 60th birthdays with a weekend-long soirée in St. Tropez.

BELIEVING IN MAGIC

The couple's strong marriage has not been without its hardships—the most significant being the 1991 revelation that Magic was HIV positive.

Although Cookie stood by his side, she admitted during an appearance on "Good Morning America" that it was one of the toughest moments in their relationship, especially because she was pregnant.

RAISING E.J.

Fortunately, Cookie did not contract HIV, and subsequently, the couple's first child, Earvin "E.J." Johnson Jr., was born healthy as well, but the couple's first child would later deliver some shocking news to the family.

E.J. publicly came out as gay in 2013. Cookie and Magic admitted that the journey to acceptance wasn't easy for them, but ultimately, they decided to love their child and accept him as he is.
