As revealed by Curtis, this has been one of her longest relationships when it comes to seeking comfort, contact and a connection, all of which she found in Guest. She also explained how much the action means to her:
"My hand in his. Then and now. Connected through our children and family and friends it became the links in our human emotional chain that have seen each of us through triumph and tragedy."
LOVE HEALS

According to the website, Children's Hospital Los Angeles is a non-profit institution that provides healthcare and helps patients "more than half a million times each year in a setting designed just for their needs."
HOW THEY MET
Back in 2004, Curtis, who has starred in blockbusters such as "Total Recall," alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the "Halloween" franchise, opened up about how she met her husband.
It was the beginning of their love story.

In an essay for Oprah's O Magazine, the star said that she first saw Guest in a 1984 issue of Rolling Stone and that she told one of her friends she was going to marry him. She added:
"The next day I called [his] agent, gave him my number, and told him to have Chris call me if he was interested. I waited. Chris never called. I went on with my life."

However, the two eventually met at a restaurant later on, while Curtis was having dinner with friends, and the very next day she received a call from the man of her dreams. It was the beginning of their love story.
