NBA player Kevin Love does not only show off his talents on the court, but they also reflect in his lifestyle. In a rent episode with Architectural Digest, the sportsman showed his stylish Waterfront Tribeca apartment.

As he started the house tour, the Cleveland Cavaliers player said: "When I was 18 years old, I had written down in a notebook that I wanted to own an apartment and live in New York by the time I was 30."

Thanks to his hard work, the star forward closed the deal and received the keys to the apartment just three months before turning 30 years old.

The basketball player shared that even though New York was always his dream place, it took him a very long time to find the perfect home. Love told Arch Digest that he was immediately drawn to this Tribeca apartment.

He said that he imagined how he would just look out a window and comfortably admire the trees, the water, the highway, and the city.

The 32-year-old revealed that he loves being grounded and enjoys being able to access and admire all the elements from his comfort. The apartment was one of the last undeveloped Tribeca waterfront properties.

Although there are many things to fall in love with in the beautiful apartment, his Cleveland home supersedes it...

Love's stylish and modern home was put together by Kerry Varnum of Grey Designs. Varnum previously helped Love design his home in Cleveland, so it was not surprising that they worked together to design his New York apartment.

Varnum understood the industrial, contemporary New York aesthetic that appeals to Love. She opted for very neutral and wholesome colors allowing natural light to elevate the space. He proudly explained to Architectural Digest:

"I really wanted a mix of classic Tribeca and the American West. You'll see some Navajo prints and you'll see the cowboy in the art."

For his living room, he opted for a pair of earth-colored Ralph Lauren lounge chairs with a pristine gray couch by Giant Trick. His coffee table and rug were from restoration hardware.

The dining area boasted some of Love's favorite pieces, including a custom-made Kevin Manville dining table as well as art pieces by John Baldessari and Antony Gormley.

Although there are many things to fall in love with in the beautiful apartment, his Cleveland home supersedes it with one extremely special room. Love dedicated a self-care space in his Cleveland home.

Referred to as his wellness room, the NBA star has a hyperbaric chamber, a power plate, an infrared sauna, and a bed for vibration therapy. In this room, the athlete gets to meditate and focus on his mental well-being.

Most recently, Love has been focused on nurturing himself to good health after he re-aggravated a right calf strain late in December, during a home game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
