Nick Cannon's Son Golden Looks over the Moon Working Out with His Dad — See the Sweet Video

"The Masked Singer" host Nick Cannon is one fit 40-year-old, and he recently elevated his workout routine as his son joined him for an epic father-son exercise.

There's no denying that television mogul Nick Cannon is aging like fine wine, and it's all thanks to the challenging workout routines that he often shares on his Instagram page.

The comedian and actor invited his three-year-old lookalike son, Golden Cannon, into the gym and shared the epic moment with his followers.

The video clip captured Cannon and Golden in a huge gym filled with dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other exercise equipment. The post was captioned:

"The whole gang is Ncredible! ??Golden Cannon had to pull up to the gym while Dad finished pull ups! #Ncredible."

The curly-haired Golden could be seen hanging on his father's ankles with his arms and legs while rocking a black tracksuit and red Spider-man shoes.

As the camera panned out, Cannon could be seen performing pull-ups using his son's weight for resistance. The "Drumline" actor wore grey camo-print pans with blue and black Nike Air Jordan sneakers.

The adorable toddler seemed to be having the time of his life as Cannon completed four full reps before stepping back down while laughing affectionately.

Fans were thrilled with the sweet video and commented on how cute Golden is and how much he and the "Love Don't Cost A Thing" actor look alike. Golden is the actor's third child, whom he shares with Brittany Bell.

Cannon caused a stir when he announced that he and Bell were expecting a child just two weeks after his divorce to singer Miriah Carey was finalized. The two were married for about eight years.

Despite the unplanned nature of the pageant queen's pregnancy, Cannon embraced the opportunity to father another child and showered Bell with love and affection.

Over the Christmas holidays, Cannon and his on and off girlfriend, Bell, made headlines yet again when they announced the birth of their second child via Instagram.

The newest member of the Cannon family - a baby girl named Powerful Queen Cannon will join Golden and the former "Wild 'N' Out" host's other kids, nine-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Carey.
