Cecily Chapman Shares a Rare Photo of Her Fiancé on Valentine's Day — See His Sweet Response

Duane Chapman's daughter Cecily Chapman took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of her with her fiancé to celebrate the most romantic day of the year.

"Dog the Bounty Hunter" star Cecily Chapman has shared a loving photo of her with her fiancé Matty Smith. The two are planning on making a trip down the aisle in 2021.

The 27-year-old rarely shares photos of her with her fiancé on social media, making this post all the more special. Valentine's day had the reality star took to her Instagram feed to share the love she has for her soon-to-be-husband.

WEDDING BELLS CHIMING

Matty dropped down on his knee and asked the big question in December 2018 and can already hear the wedding bells ringing for their big day this year. The couple didn't miss out on Valentine's Day, with Cecily posting a photo to celebrate.

With both Matty and Cecily wearing sunglasses, the two smiled for a selfie. Matty is wearing his baseball cap backward, and Cecily is pouting wearing a grey beanie in the photo. She captioned the photo:

"Happy Valentines my babe @matty808brazil ?"

WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING

Cecily and her fiancé have set a date and are planning their fairytale Christmas wedding. The two will tie the knot on December 1, 2021, and the bride-to-be has been wedding dress shopping for her big day.

Although Duane would prefer a big wedding to celebrate his nuptials, the pandemic will most likely not allow it.

The reality television star wants to get married on the white sandy beaches of Hawaii and wants the ceremony to be officiated by the same pastor that married her parents, Duane and Beth Chapman, in 2006.

KEEPING IT IN THE FAMILY

Cecily's mother, Beth, died at the age of 51 after losing her lung and throat cancer battle in 2019. The family matriarch's wedding dress has become iconic as it was featured throughout the "Dog the Bounty Hunter" show.

The 27-year-old wanted to wear her mom's wedding dress, but after seeing how many changes would be necessary, she decided that buying a new one might be a better option. She elaborated, saying:

"I’m having second thoughts about wearing my mom's dress because there’s only one dress that’s super beautiful for her."

SUNRISE HIKES

Cecily has done more than preserve her mother's wedding dress to keep her memory alive. The reality star also organized a sunrise hike at Hanauma Bay Ridge trail in Hawaii in honor of Beth one year after she died.

Duane also jumped aboard and was sure to encourage everyone to join them in honoring his wife's memory. He asked those who weren't in Hawaii to go for a walk or hike and take a picture of the moment.

Cecily isn't the only engaged Chapman at the moment, with Duane also engaged to Francie Frane. Although Duane would prefer a big wedding to celebrate his nuptials, the pandemic will most likely not allow it.

With two Chapman's making their way down the aisle this year, it is bound to be joyous and eventful. After overcoming the tremendous loss of Beth, 2021 seems to be the year of love and joy for Duane and his family.
