Donny Osmond Praises His Son Josh in a Sweet Tribute on His 23rd Birthday

Musician Donny Osmond’s son recently celebrated a big milestone with his father taking to social media to mark it. The post included a lovely wedding photo of Osmond’s son with his wife.

Donny Osmond is a father to five sons with his wife Debbie, namely: Don Jr., Jeremy, Brandon, Christopher, and Josh. The singer’s youngest son, Josh, joined his older brothers by getting married last year.

In June 2020, he married his wife, Summer Felsted, in a private ceremony at Donny’s home’s backyard. Josh and his wife started dating in early 2019, but they’ve known each other since they were children.

The couple revealed that they attended elementary school, middle school, high school, and then college together. However, they ended up losing contact while Josh was on a two-year mission trip in Italy.

In December 2018, the pair reunited, and they started going out together and dating. Soon enough, their friendship had turned to romance, and in February 2020, Donny’s son proposed to Felsted.

Josh and his wife ended up having a backyard wedding after their original venue canceled on them due to the outbreak of COVID-19. However, their wedding was still beautiful and more than they expected.

Donny took to Instagram on December 7, 2020, to celebrate his new daughter-in-law’s 22nd birthday. The “I Can See Your Voice” panelist told Felsted that they were blessed to have her as part of their family.

The artist also thanked his youngest son for choosing to spend his life with someone who was equally as wonderful as he was. The post included a gorgeous image of Josh carrying his wife in his arms.

On July 31, 2020, Donny honored his eldest son, Don Jr., in a loving post on his Instagram account.

On February 16, 2021, it was Josh’s turn to receive a birthday tribute from his father. Donny uploaded an Instagram photo of his son and daughter-in-law’s wedding day alongside a sweet tribute.

In the post's caption, the singer noted what an incredible year it had been for his son and his wife. He confessed that he’d spent years seeing Josh grown up and turn into a wonderful man, noting:

“It makes me so honored to be called your dad.”
