Miranda Lambert Gushes over Time Spent with Husband Brendan McLoughlin during Quarantine
Singer Miranda Lambert gushed over spending time with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, during quarantine last year and gave insight into life on the road.
Miranda Lambert appeared on SiriusXM's The Highway and gushed over spending time with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, during the quarantine last year.
During the radio show, Lambert opened up about getting to know her husband better during all the alone time they have spent together. She shared about what life was like on the road for her tour.

The "Over You" singer married the NYPD officer in 2019. She shared on the show that they had not been dating for that long before they tied the knot.
On the show, she shared that the two really got to know each other as there were no distractions on her farm in Nashville. Lambert discussed on the radio show:
"So we sort of got to just really, really, really get to know each other. Because it was just us two with no distraction, at my farm outside of Nashville."
Lambert shared that she is thankful for their time alone as it has made them stronger as a couple. She shared her gratitude for being able to reconnect with her husband and what is important to her.
She said that for many couples, that last year had been an opportunity to reconnect to loved ones and themselves. Explaining that usually everyone is in "different directions."
During the interview, Lambert shared a story about McLoughlin being a great "house husband."
She shared the host sentiments that quarantine had been a defining moment for couples and their relationships. Fortunately, it had been a positive moment for McLoughlin and Lambert.
Lambert shared joked about what she believed quarantine meant for different couples. She explained that she had kept saying that it would result in two things:
"And I kept saying there's gonna be a lot of engagements and babies or a lot of divorce."
During the interview, Lambert shared a story about McLoughlin being a great "house husband." She explained that while on tour, they had been parked opposite a laundry.
While she was busy with zoom meetings, he had done all their laundry. Lambert said on the show that she was happy to have a "house husband" on the road.
Of course, relationships are not perfect. Lambert revealed that a big trigger for them was trying to back up a trailer and park it. They also listened to podcasts during the long drives.
Luckily the couple is very happy together and celebrated their 2nd wedding anniversary with sweet Instagram posts. Lambert shared a gorgeous photo of her "Setting Down" music video.
