In the middle of the couple's rift with the royal family, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle found stillness in Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, whom they welcomed in May 2019.

In a recent interview with renowned television host Oprah Winfrey, the couple opened up about Archie's adorable moments while in their California home.

ARCHIE'S FIRST WORDS

After Winfrey asked Meghan about Archie's favorite words at home, the 39-year-old "Suits" actress replied to the acclaimed TV host, "Oh my gosh, he's on a roll."

She said that her son loves saying the word "hydrate." Harry added that whenever someone leaves the house, Archie would say, "Drive safe!" Meghan laughed and said:

"'Drive safe!' He's not even two yet."

As much as Meghan enjoys her time with Archie, Harry also noted sweet highlights he's having with his son. He has enjoyed bicycle rides and outdoor walks with the toddler.

It was something Harry hadn't done when he was a young boy. The Duke of Sussex felt happy that Archie has experienced this kind of freedom.

During a previous interview with James Corden, the 36-year-old doting father revealed that his son's first word was "crocodile." Apart from the two-to-three words he has learned, Archie loves to eat waffles, too.

ARCHIE'S QUESTIONABLE COMPLEXION

The couple couldn't help but feel hurt that the royal family had questioned the potential color of their son's skin. Archie was denied a royal title as well.

She revealed to Winfrey that she's having a girl.

EARL OF DUMBARTON

Meghan said it was "different from protocol." Archie was supposed to be called the Earl of Dumbarton. However, they decided to let their son have Mountbatten-Windsor as a family name.

Meghan and Harry stepped back from the royal family in January last year. They left the UK to live in the US. Earlier, Meghan shocked fans when she revealed she suffered a miscarriage in July.

However, Meghan's pain was cut short after announcing that she's expecting a baby in the family. She revealed to Winfrey that she's having a girl.

Harry and the former actress have yet to give further details about their daughter's exact due date. They only shared that their daughter is expected to arrive this summer.
