According to reports, the lovebirds made their special day come to life with their families' help. Jed's twin brother Jeremiah was his best man, while Nakatsu's sister served as her maid of honor.

Some of the Duggar grandchildren also had a role to play in the heartwarming ceremony. Fans of "Counting On" and other loved ones witnessed the wedding via a public stream on YouTube.

Jed and Nakatsu exchanged vows reciting Proverbs 31 and promising to submit to each other. The duo also chose to have their first kiss off-camera. Eagle-eyed fans spotted Jana Duggar's beau Stephen Wissmann and his family at the wedding.

The Duggar family didn't announce Jed and Nakatsu's engagement, and little is known about the new bride by fans. According to Nicki Swift, Nakatsu is a pilot and is the same age as her husband.

Fans speculated that the couple's wedding was kept under wraps because of Nakatsu's family's situation. Her parents, Kim and Kory Nakatsu got divorced when she was five, with her father getting remarried four years later.

The Duggar family rose to fame in 2004 as part of the documentary, "14 Children and Pregnant Again." At the time, Jim and Michelle had 14 children, but the clan eventually grew to 19 children. In the past years, the family has celebrated several milestones.
